To buy or not to buy... GTA 4

I have read it so many times that games affect the mindset of kids a lot. You can either give them some great fun kid games or games like GTA 4 which are also very fun to play but violence and blood is to the max.

Despite it being a game that is only intended for adults its usually the kids that are getting it as gifts and playing it to the final level. Even my own little cousin who is just 9 finished the game in a day or two. Although he is a huge fan of Fifa football games (and he is so good in them that no one he has played against has won over him...yet)

So yeah I was saying GTA 4 (Grand theft auto) is a series of games that has turned the minds of game players all over the world. I personally love the way they have created it. The thoughts behind each action the hero does, the fights, the shooting, the stealing of cars, breaking into places. You name it, its there. The best thing about the game is not the violence, its the amazing programming and design that goes with it.

Kudos to the guys behind the game for creating something so amazing. In Norway the game was sold out for weeks, and I finally got my hands on it after my brother was ringing me and messaging me day in day out to get it for him. And now I play it sometimes on my projector in my room.. if you twinkle your eyes a little bit while driving on the roads in the game, you can for a second feel that you are watching a movie rather than playing a game..

But yah I still miss those good old pix lated graphic games like Golden Axe and Super Mario.
